Tristan Thompson Khloe Kardashian's Baby Daddy Buying a Home in L.A

Khloe Kardashian's sweetheart will be her child daddy now ... so he's venturing up his land diversion for his family.

Our Kardashian sources let us know ... Tristan Thompson's arrangement to just lease a place in L.A. went out the window when the couple discovered she was pregnant. Presently we're advised he's hoping to purchase a cushion in Bel Air, Bev Hills or the Hollywood Hills.

As we detailed ... Khloe and Tristan were out chasing for a rental for him in July, searching for places in the $60k a month run. Our sources say now that he's wanting to end up noticeably a L.A. property holder ... his financial plan's around $20 million.

We're revealed to Tristan needs his own place in the city so they don't need to drive back to Khloe's home in Calabasas ... which is around a hour away.

What's more, he likely needs to plan his own particular infant room, as well.
