Oakland Raiders Donate $50,000 To Victims From The Las Vegas Shootings


"The core of the Raider Nation goes out to Las Vegas."

In wake of the deplorable Las Vegas shooting that has left more than 58 dead and another 500+ individuals harmed, Clark County Commission Chair Steve Sisolak has set up a GoFundMe page with an end goal to raise assets to help the casualties.

The GoFundMe page for the Las Vegas casualties peruses,

"We are raising funds to assist the victim's of the tragic Las Vegas shooting. I am at Clark County's only level-one trauma center with the victims and their families as we speak," Sisolak said.

"Funds will be used to provide relief and financial support to the victims and families of the horrific Las Vegas mass shooting."

As of this written work the Las Vegas Victims' Fund has raised almost $675,000, including a $50,000 gift made by the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders were affirmed to move to Las Vegas last offseason and the group is required to open up their new home in Vegas before the 2020 season.

The group discharged the accompanying articulation,

“The Raiders family is shocked and saddened by the tragedy in Las Vegas and our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, families and first responders. The heart of the Raider Nation goes out to Las Vegas.”



The horrendous assault went down on Sunday night, when a shooter, distinguished as 64-year old Stephen Paddock, opened fire from the 32nd story of the Mandalay Bay Casino on a horde of show goers right over the road from the site where the Raiders stadium is arranged.
