EFCC starts manhunt for proprietor of seized N448.85m found in Lagos shopping complex.


- EFCC says it is on the trail of the proprietors of the N448.85m it found in Lagos state on Friday
 - Sam Amadin, the counter debasement organization's representative in Lagos, said endeavors are on to contact the proprietors of the complex to know those that leased the influenced shops 
- According to Amadin, the shops had been deserted for quite a while.

As indicated by The Punch, representative of the organization in Lagos Sam Amadin said it was attempting to achieve the proprietor of the complex with a view to knowing who leased the said shop 64. An announcement by the Commission on Friday night after the disclosure said N448.85m was recouped in a shop at the LEGICO Shopping Plaza on Victoria Island. The announcement read to some extent: "The shops had the signage of a Bureau de Change. Request about the proprietor of shop 64 showed that he had not been seen for quite a while, as neighbors guaranteed the shop had not been opened for business for near two years. "The consideration of the court's Chairman and a few dealers were attracted request to drive the shops open. "There was no cash found in shop 67, however in shop 64, loads of Ghana-Must-Go packs were found on the floor of the shop.
